Welcome to Triserv. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your engagement of our services. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Introduction

1.1. About Triserv – Triserv is a corporate services provider based in Singapore, offering accounting, human resources, taxation, corporate secretarial services, project management, and Xero accounting software services. Details of our offices can be found on our website.

1.2. Agreement Prevails – These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any terms or conditions appearing anywhere else on the Website.

1.3. Governing Engagement – Your engagement of our Services will be governed by the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv and accepted by you in writing, including acceptance by email communication. By accepting such quotation, proposal or agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. Severability – If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

1.5. Governing Engagement – Your engagement of our Services will be governed by the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv and accepted by you in writing, including acceptance by email communication. By accepting such quotation, proposal or agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.6. Age and Authority Requirement – When you engage our Services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or organisation, you further warrant that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Website Use and Disclaimer

2.1. Technical Issues – Due to the nature of the internet and the fact that your access to the Website involves features outside our control, we do not accept any liability for technical problems that you may experience with the said Website.

2.2. Accuracy of Information – While Triserv takes all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained on the Website is accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations, warranties or undertakings about any of the information, content or materials provided on the Website (including, without limitation, any as to quality, accuracy, completeness or reliability).

2.3. No Professional Advice – All material on the Website is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute legal, accounting or other professional advice. It must not be relied upon as such.

2.4. Changes to Website – Triserv reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website, or any part of it, without notice, and shall not be liable to any parties for any such change or removal.

2.5. “As Is” Basis – The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

2.6. No Warranty of Uninterrupted Use – No warranty is given that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

2.7. Suspension of Access – Triserv may withdraw or suspend your right to access or use the Website at any time, without prior notice and without providing any reason.

2.8. Governing Law – Your use of the Website and the engagement of any Services from it are governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

2.9. User’s Accuracy Obligation – You warrant that any information you provide to us about yourself upon engagement of our Services or at any time will be accurate, current and complete. You also warrant that you will keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

3. General Terms of Service

3.1. Commencement – This Agreement shall commence upon your acceptance of Triserv’s quotation, proposal or agreement in writing, including acceptance by email communication, and shall continue unless and until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Triserv will issue an invoice upon submission of the relevant draft documents to you, and payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms set out in this Agreement.

3.2. Scope of Services – You have entered into this Agreement for the provision of Services by Triserv as detailed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv and accepted by you in writing, including acceptance by email communication.

3.3. No Variation – No variation to this Agreement shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Triserv.

3.4. Non-Refundable Payments – Any payments taken are non-refundable unless they comply with our termination and refund terms.

3.5. Correction of Errors – Any clerical, typographical or other error or omission in any price list, quotation, sales literature, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Triserv shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Triserv.

3.6. Initial Term and Renewal – The duration of this Agreement shall be as specified in the quotation, proposal or agreement accepted by you in writing, including acceptance by email communication. This Agreement shall be extended automatically on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis as indicated in the quotation, proposal or agreement, unless terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.7. Cancellation Responsibility – It is your responsibility to cancel your account within the terms of this Agreement if you do not wish to renew the Services.

4. Identification and Compliance

4.1. Provision of Identification – In order to receive our Services and to comply with Singapore local and national laws, you must provide to Triserv copies of the following forms of identification before any Services commence:

  • A valid copy of a passport or Singapore identity card for each director and shareholder;
  • A valid copy of a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your name and residential address.

4.2. Corporate Shareholders – If a shareholder is a corporation, you must provide copies of the corporate shareholder’s registration documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Constitution, Certificate of Incumbency, etc.) and proof of registered address. If the corporate shareholder has its own corporate shareholders, you must provide documents until the individual beneficial owners are identified.

4.3. Failure to Provide Documents – In the absence of such documents, Triserv may refuse to commence any Services until such documents are supplied. If said documents are not forthcoming, Triserv may terminate the Services to you.

4.4. No Liability for Delays – Triserv shall not be liable for any late filing penalty, loss, harm or consequence suffered by you or a third party as a result of this identification procedure.

4.5. Request for Original Documents – In certain instances, Triserv may ask for original documents to confirm and verify details you have provided, as well as documents detailing the nature, purpose and composition of your business. Failure to provide such documents within 14 days of request may result in immediate termination of service without notice or refund.

4.6. Changes to Details – You must inform Triserv immediately in writing or via email of any changes to your contact details and business scope.

5. Xero Accounting Software Services

5.1. Description of Xero Services – Triserv is a Xero Gold Partner and Xero Migration Specialist. We provide Xero accounting software setup, training, migration, and ongoing support. Xero is a cloud-based accounting platform that integrates with other business applications to simplify processes and increase productivity.

5.2. Xero Features – Xero offers the following key features, among others:

  • Integrations – Xero connects with hundreds of add-on business applications for seamless data synchronisation.
  • Cost-saving – Xero provides fixed subscription fees with no hidden costs and free upgrades. 24/7 online support is included.
  • Real-time access – Xero links to your bank accounts, keeping your information up to date and accessible from any location, office, tablet or mobile device with unlimited users.
  • Security – Data is securely stored online and backed up in multiple server locations. Multiple layers of firewalls, intrusion protection systems, and routers are used to control servers. External specialists regularly review and audit security.

5.3. User Access – You may provide access to Xero to other users within your organisation. Such users may have access to account information and perform various tasks as you instruct, including creating invoices, categorising transactions, and other lawful tasks. You are responsible for managing user permissions.

5.4. Your Data Responsibility – You assume sole responsibility for ensuring that any information, data, documents or materials entered into or created using Xero is accurate, reliable and complete. Triserv accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of such information except as otherwise set out herein.

5.5. No Liability for Software Errors – Triserv shall not be liable for any failure, error, omission, defect, deficiency, delay, downtime or inability to access the Xero platform for any reason whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Xero platform outages or scheduled maintenance;
  • Data loss, corruption or breach within the Xero platform;
  • Changes, disruptions or discontinuation of any Xero features or integrations;
  • Any loss of business, revenue or data arising from Xero platform issues.

In the event of any such issues, you are advised to contact Xero directly for assistance. Triserv’s obligation is limited to providing reasonable assistance in liaising with Xero where possible.

5.6. Xero Subscription Fees – Xero charges fixed monthly subscription fees, which you pay either directly to Xero or through Triserv as arranged in your quotation, proposal or agreement. Xero offers no hidden costs and includes free upgrades. Xero subscription fees are subject to Xero’s own pricing and may be revised by Xero from time to time without prior notice.

5.7. Changes to Xero Services – Xero may, without notice or liability, add, discontinue or revise any aspect of its software. Triserv is not responsible for such changes.

6. PSG Grant for Xero

6.1. PSG Grant Overview – SMEs in Singapore may be eligible for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of TRISERV: Xero Package, which is a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme. The applicable grant support percentage is determined by IMDA and is subject to change without notice. Please refer to the relevant government websites for the latest grant rates.

6.2. Eligibility – The PSG grant is available to Singapore-registered SMEs that meet the prevailing eligibility criteria determined by IMDA and Enterprise Singapore. As eligibility criteria are subject to change without notice, you are advised to refer directly to the relevant government authorities or the Business Grants Portal for the latest eligibility requirements. Triserv does not determine eligibility, and the final determination rests solely with the relevant government authorities.

6.3. Grant Amount – Eligible businesses may receive PSG support for Xero adoption. The exact grant amount is calculated based on the prevailing IMDA grant rate and the eligible cost of the solution, and is subject to government assessment and approval. Triserv does not guarantee any specific grant amount.

6.4. Your Role – You are solely responsible for submitting your own PSG application through the Business Grants Portal using your own CorpPass account. Triserv’s role is strictly limited to providing the necessary quotation for your application. Triserv shall not be liable for any delay, error or rejection arising from your application or any decision made by the relevant government authorities.

6.5. No Guarantee of Approval – Triserv does not guarantee that your PSG grant will be approved. Any delay or rejection by government authorities is outside Triserv’s control.

6.6. Grant Rejection – If your PSG application is rejected by the relevant government authorities, you are under no obligation to proceed with the adoption of TRISERV: Xero Package. Should you choose to proceed, you will be responsible for the full cost of the TRISERV: Xero Package as quoted in Triserv’s PSG quotation, at your own cost.

7. Accounting Services

7.1. Scope of Accounting Services – Triserv provides cloud accounting services that scale with your needs. Our scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Full cycle bookkeeping and transaction processing;
  • Bank reconciliation and month-end closing entries;
  • GST F5/F7 preparation and submission to IRAS;
  • Preparation of full set of management accounts.

As our services are tailored to each client’s needs, the specific scope will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

7.2. Reporting Period – The reporting period and the delivery of reports will be done on a reasonable and timely basis as agreed by both parties.

7.3. User’s Responsibility for Documents – You are required to provide Triserv with adequate accounting source documents, information and explanations for Triserv to perform the accounting service.

7.4. Confidentiality – The performance of accounting services is on a confidential basis, with an undertaking that no information of whatsoever nature will be released to parties other than you or another person designated by you in writing.

7.5. Financial Statement Preparation – Under financial statement preparation, Triserv will not carry out audit or review engagement procedures. Consequently, no assurance on the financial statements will be expressed.

7.6. User’s Responsibility for Accuracy – You are responsible for both the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply to Triserv, and you are also responsible to users for the financial information that Triserv compiles.

8. Taxation Services

8.1. Scope of Tax Services – Triserv provides corporate tax services that scale with your needs. The scope includes preparing the tax computation and completing and submitting the corporate tax return to IRAS. As our services are tailored to each client’s needs, the specific scope will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

8.2. Excluded Work – Corporate tax services exclude any work related to answering IRAS tax queries or raising objections for tax matters. Should you require Triserv’s assistance for such matters, these will be treated as a separate engagement subject to a separate quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv based on the complexity of the tax issues involved.

8.3. ECI Filing – Corporate tax services include filing the Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) with IRAS within 3 months from the close of the financial year. For the avoidance of doubt, no tax computation will be prepared for ECI filing purposes. ECI filing will be carried out once the accounts or ECI information are made available to Triserv, whether prepared by Triserv or by you. Triserv shall not be liable for any late filing penalty if the accounts or ECI information are not provided in sufficient time to meet the IRAS filing deadline.

8.4. User’s Responsibilities for Tax – You acknowledge and understand that Triserv’s role is to assist you in the preparation and presentation of the tax computation. You have responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the records and documents you provide.

9. Human Resource Services

9.1. Scope of HR Services – Triserv provides payroll and statutory compliance services that scale with your needs. Our scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Payroll processing and administration;
  • Maintaining basic employee records for payroll purposes;
  • CPF calculations and submissions;
  • IR8A/IR21 preparation and submission to IRAS.

As our services are tailored to each client’s needs, the specific scope will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

9.2. User’s Obligations – Please note that Triserv provides payroll and statutory compliance services only and does not provide a full HR function. You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for Triserv to perform the agreed services, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly payroll instructions such as overtime, bonuses, commissions, allowances and deductions;
  • New hire and resignation or termination details;
  • Any changes to employee details such as salary, bank account and CPF matters.

The following remain solely your responsibility and are outside Triserv’s scope of services:

  • Attendance and leave management;
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Any other internal HR processes and procedures.

You remain responsible for compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

9.3. Confidentiality of Employee Data – Triserv treats all employee data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or to perform the agreed services. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your employees for their personal data to be shared with Triserv for the purpose of performing the agreed services. Triserv will handle all employee personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws.

10. Corporate Secretary Services

10.1. Incorporation Services – Triserv provides company incorporation services in Singapore. Our scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Company name check and reservation with ACRA;
  • Preparation and filing of incorporation documents;
  • Preparation of Company Constitution;
  • Preparation of resolution for the first Directors’ meeting;
  • Preparation of share certificates for each shareholder;
  • Provision of Company common seal.

Incorporation is a one-off service separate from ongoing corporate secretarial services. The specific scope will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

10.2. Standard Corporate Secretarial Services – Triserv provides ongoing corporate secretarial services covering all routine and standard matters that scale with your needs. Our scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Provision and appointment of one nominee Company Secretary;
  • Updating and maintaining statutory registers as required under the Companies Act;
  • Lodging and filing of changes in statutory records with ACRA such as appointment and resignation of officers, change of registered office and change of financial year end;
  • Preparing Directors’ Resolutions and Minutes of Annual General Meetings;
  • Filing of Annual Return with ACRA;
  • Reminding of compliance obligations before due dates.

As our services are tailored to each client’s needs, the specific scope will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

10.3. Non-Routine Transactions – Non-routine transactions such as extraordinary general meetings (EGM), transfer of shares, allotment of new shares, and other complex matters are outside the standard scope of services. Should you require Triserv’s assistance for such matters, these will be treated as a separate engagement subject to a separate quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

10.4. Your Role and Responsibilities – As a service provider, Triserv executes corporate secretarial services based on the information and instructions provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • All information provided to Triserv is true, accurate and complete;
  • Any changes requiring ACRA filing are communicated to Triserv promptly;
  • Data validity is checked and verified before authorising Triserv to submit to ACRA or other third parties.

Triserv shall not be liable for any errors, rejections, late filing penalties, fines or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or untimely information provided by you, or from delays caused by ACRA or other third parties.

11. Project Management Services

11.1. Scope of Project Management Services – Triserv provides project management services on a case by case basis, customised to your specific needs. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each project will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv and accepted by you in writing, including acceptance by email communication.

11.2. User’s Responsibilities – You agree to provide timely decisions, access to necessary personnel, and any information required for Triserv to perform the agreed project management services. Triserv shall not be liable for any delays, cost overruns or failure to deliver arising from your failure to provide timely decisions, information or access, or from any changes to the agreed project scope requested by you.

12. Fees and Payment

12.1. Fee Basis – Fees are payable as indicated in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv. Triserv reserves the right to vary the fees from time to time, and any such changes will be communicated to you in writing.

12.2. Additional Fees – Any work or services requested outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees as agreed in a separate quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv.

12.3. Outstanding Fees – Any outstanding fees not settled by the due date as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv shall be subject to late payment interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from 30 days after the due date until the date of full settlement. Triserv reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without notice until all outstanding fees are fully settled.

12.4. Debt Collection – Triserv reserves the right to pursue any unpaid fees through court action or the use of debt collection agencies. All costs incurred in the recovery of outstanding fees, including legal costs and debt collection fees, shall be borne by you.

12.5. No Refund for Advance Payments – Where advance payment is required for large projects, such payment terms will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement issued by Triserv. Any advance payments collected are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

13. Termination

13.1. Notice of Termination – Either party may terminate this engagement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the other party in writing, including by email communication. Triserv will issue a final invoice for all work performed up to the termination date, including any work in progress that has yet to be invoiced. You agree to settle all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

13.2. Immediate Termination by Triserv – Triserv may terminate the engagement at any time with immediate effect if Triserv suspects illegal usage of its Services or if you are in material breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, you remain liable for all fees for work performed up to the termination date. Triserv shall not be obligated to refund any fees already paid.

13.3. Cessation of Address Use – Where Triserv’s address has been provided to you as a registered address service, you must cease all use of Triserv’s address for business registration, promotional activities, or any other purpose upon termination of the engagement. You are responsible for updating your registered address with ACRA within the required timeframe upon termination.

13.4. Unanswered Enquiries – Triserv is subject to compliance and regulatory obligations across all its services. Triserv reserves the right to terminate the engagement if enquiries related to you, your company directors, shareholders, or business activities are not adequately answered within 14 days of the request. Triserv shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such termination.

13.5. Law Enforcement Complaints – Triserv reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately if it receives complaints or enquiries from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities, or if enforcement officers visit Triserv’s premises in connection with your business activities. Triserv shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such termination.

13.6. Collection of Documents – Upon termination of the engagement, you must collect all documents and records held by Triserv within 30 days of the termination date. Triserv reserves the right to withhold the release of documents until all outstanding fees are fully settled. Should you fail to collect your documents within 30 days, Triserv reserves the right to dispose of or destroy such documents without further notice or liability.

13.7. Xero Access Termination – Upon termination of the engagement, your Xero access arrangement will be handled as follows in accordance with Section 5.6:

  • If you pay Xero directly, your access remains unaffected;
  • If you pay through Triserv, you may take over the subscription directly with Xero or terminate it entirely. If you choose to terminate, you are responsible for exporting all your data prior to termination.

Triserv shall not be liable for any loss of data arising from termination of Xero access.

13.8. Survival of Rights – Termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights of the parties as at the date of termination.

14. Refunds

14.1. Refund Policy – Triserv’s fees are generally payable upon completion of services as agreed in the quotation, proposal or agreement. In cases where advance payment has been collected, refunds will only be considered for the unused portion of services not yet commenced at the time of termination. Any refund is at Triserv’s discretion and subject to deduction of any disbursements incurred. No refund will be made for work already commenced or completed.

14.2. Address Closure – In the unlikely event that Triserv decides to close down a particular service offering, Triserv will give you at least 30 days’ written notice where possible. Where advance payment has been collected, Triserv will refund the unused portion of fees on a pro-rata basis, subject to deduction of any disbursement incurred.

14.3. Refund Method – Any refund approved by Triserv will be made via bank transfer. The method and timing of refund is at Triserv’s discretion, and any disbursements incurred will be deducted from the amount being refunded.

15. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

15.1. No Special Damages – To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triserv will not be liable for any special or consequential loss or damage arising from the performance or breach of this Agreement.

All documents prepared by Triserv are based solely on information provided by you. Triserv does not verify, audit or assure the accuracy of such information, nor is Triserv responsible for detecting errors, omissions or fraud. Triserv shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such documents by any third party. The accuracy and completeness of all information provided to Triserv remains solely your responsibility.

15.2. Force Majeure – Triserv shall not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform its obligations due to any cause beyond Triserv’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, cyber attacks, internet or connectivity disruptions, third party cloud service outages or system failures. In such events, Triserv will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and both parties shall work together in good faith to minimise disruption to the agreed services.

15.3. Waiver of Damages – You expressly agree to waive and not claim damages, direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential, including but not limited to lost business, revenue, profits or data, for any reason whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

15.4. Indemnity – You agree to indemnify and keep Triserv indemnified against all actions, claims, proceedings, costs, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Any breach of any of your obligations or undertakings contained within this Agreement;
  • Any third-party claims arising from documents, information or instructions provided by you;
  • Any regulatory investigations or enforcement actions arising from your business activities.

15.5. Limit of Compensation – To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any compensation claim against Triserv shall be limited as follows:

  • For recurring services such as accounting, taxation, corporate secretarial and human resource services – the total fees paid for the specific service during the financial year in which the issue arose;
  • For project-based services such as project management – the total fees paid for the specific project in dispute.

This limit applies regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.

15.6. Third-Party Claims – You agree to fully indemnify Triserv from any claim, action or proceeding brought by any third party, including but not limited to partner services, regulatory bodies or government authorities, arising from or in connection with your business activities or your use of Triserv’s services. Any such claim shall be handled solely between you and the third party. Triserv shall not be liable for any costs, damages or expenses arising from such third-party claims, and any legal costs incurred by Triserv in connection with such claims shall be borne by you.

15.7. Third-Party Platform Liability – Triserv utilises various third-party cloud-based applications and platforms in the provision of its services, including but not limited to accounting software, document storage and file sharing platforms. Triserv is not liable for any loss, corruption, breach, unauthorised access of data, or any downtime, outage or disruption that occurs within any such third-party platform. Each third-party platform is governed by its own terms and conditions. You are advised to contact the relevant platform provider directly for any issues arising from their platform.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

16.1. No Transfer of Rights – Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall be deemed to transfer any intellectual property rights in the Services to you.

16.2. Refusal of Service – Triserv reserves the right to refuse to provide Services to any person with a company name or trading name which, at its absolute discretion, it considers to be confusingly similar to any name or trademark used or likely to be used by Triserv.

16.3. Ownership of Materials – Triserv owns all proprietary rights as well as intellectual property rights to all URLs, materials, products, web content, webpage designs, images, text, tools, utilities and software that make up the Services, excluding your data and information which you provide to Triserv.

16.4. Trade Secrets – The technical procedures, processes, concepts and methods of operation inherent within the Services constitute trade secrets.

16.5. Xero Intellectual Property – Xero, the Xero logo, and related marks are trademarks of Xero Limited. Triserv uses them with permission as a Xero Gold Partner. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to Xero’s intellectual property.

16.6. Trademarks – Triserv does not grant you any right or licence to use its trademarks or any logo, trade name or other intellectual property other than as expressly set out herein.

17. Change of Terms and Conditions

17.1. Subject to Change – These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

17.2. Obligation to Check – You agree to check for any changes to these Terms and Conditions each time you engage Triserv’s services or at any time during the course of your engagement with Triserv.

17.3. Notice of Significant Changes – Triserv will notify all clients of any significant change to these Terms and Conditions via email. If no action is taken upon receiving the email, Triserv will consider your continued engagement of its services as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

17.4. Language – Any notice required under this Agreement shall be in writing in the English language, unless otherwise specifically provided.
